COMPANY OPERATION:

The company’s operational structure consists of a national office and training facility in Newcastle. We have a team of strategically positioned instructors and assessors operating in all Australian States, NT and ACT with a line of responsibility to the national office.

TEACHING STAFF:

All instructors and assessors working with the company hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), appropriate technical qualifications for their teaching area and extensive industry experience. Most of the company's instructors have worked for major Australian telecommunications carriers in both operations and training.
