The S009 text is required for use on Open Registration, Restricted Registration and Upgrade courses. To download a copy of the current "AS/ACIF S009:2006 Installation requirements for customer cabling (Wiring Rules) Australian Standard" from the ACIF website please Click Here.

Students attending Open registration & Upgrade courses are requested to bring along 2/4pr & 20pr cable sheath stripping tools similar to those in this image. These tools are available from your local electrical & data distributors and will be most useful for you cabling work. For those attending the Restricted course the smaller cable stripping tool is adequate.
