Specialist Training Endorsements are sought by industry as proof of competence in these specialist cabling disciplines. Our endorsement courses in Structured cat5/6, Optical Fibre and Coaxial Cabling meet the requirements of the Registrars for adding these specialist endorsements to your Open Registration.

Competencies from our endorsement courses contribute to your Certificate III in Telecommunications which is a nationally recognised qualification.

The ACMA through its mandated AS/ACIF S009:2006 recommends that Cabling Providers (cablers) meet the appropriate competency standards for the following work:

a) Structured, balanced (twisted pair) cabling - ICTTC009D
b) Optical Fibre Cabling - ICTTC010D
c) Coaxial Cabling - ICTTC011D

  Certificate II in Technical Security

This course is designed for persons who wish to install and maintain security alarm systems. It provides an understanding of the security industry and the regulatory environment and covers installation and programming of security panels, peripherals and closed circuit TV systems. The course will detail the installation procedures for two common alarm panels. It also delivers the ACMA Restricted Registration which is legally required to install fixed security systems within residential and small shops/offices.
